
Biography
Rebecca C. Richardson graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University in 1987 and received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1990. Rebecca was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1990, the Federal District Court (1st District) in 1993 and the Supreme Court of the United States of America 1994. Rebecca’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, Probating of Wills and Estates and Estate planning.
From September 1990 – June 2019, Rebecca worked for Wynn & Wynn, PC, where she handled commercial and residential real estate transactions, Probate and Estate matters.
From July 2019 - December 2024, Rebecca worked for Cotter Law PC, where her practice continued to focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions, Probating of Wills and Estates and Estate planning. In January of 2025, Rebecca joined Princi Mills Law PC.
A lifelong resident of Centerville, Massachusetts, Rebecca is actively involved in her community. Since 1992, Rebecca has been an active member, past President and current Secretary of the Osterville-Mashpee Rotary Club; current Trustee and President of the Centerville Public Library; past board member and President of Cape Cod Child Development Inc.;, past board member of the Real Estate Bar Association; and past member of the nominating committee for Housing Assistance Corp. Rebecca performs pro bono work for Cape head Injured Persons’ and Education Group Inc., a non-profit for head injured individuals and volunteers for various Civic activities held in Centerville and the Town of Barnstable.
