In 2019, long-time colleagues, attorneys Michael J. Princi and Robert F. Mills formed Princi Mills Law PC located at 300 Barnstable Road, Massachusetts, where they practiced together for 30 years. Our attorneys have over a hundred years of combined legal experience in personal injury, civil litigation, real estate litigation, medical malpractice, probate matters, and commercial and residential transactions. Gerald S. Garnick serves the firm as “of counsel.”

Michael Princi was admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal District Court Bar in 1975. He is locally and state-wide recognized as one of the top litigators in Barnstable County and eastern Massachusetts. Michael focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation and has extensive experience in other general practice litigation such as family law, real estate and estate matters.
Robert F. Mills

Robert F. Mills is a lifelong resident of the Cape and a prominent member of the Wampanoag Tribe, growing up in Falmouth and currently residing in Mashpee, Massachusetts. He is a double Eagle, graduating from Boston College, cum laude, in 1980 and Boston College Law School in 1983.

Gerald S. Garnick (Jerry) graduated from American International College in Springfield in 1965. Following graduation, he pursued his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University of Law School and became a lawyer in 1968. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Boston, Massachusetts.
